These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of tidechartsusa.com (the "Site"). TideCharts USA is operated by Joe Freeman, Havertown, Pennsylvania, USA. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Tide predictions are not for navigation

The tide times, heights and charts on this Site are predictions provided for general informational and recreational purposes only. They are NOT for navigation and must not be relied on for navigation, boating, fishing, swimming, beach access, construction or any activity where an error could cause injury, death or property damage.

Predictions are derived from NOAA CO-OPS astronomical tide predictions and may be inaccurate, out of date or unavailable. Actual water levels and timing can differ significantly because of wind, atmospheric pressure, river flow, storms, storm surge, seiches, ice and other conditions. Always consult official NOAA charts and products, U.S. Coast Guard notices, local authorities and real-time observations, and use your own judgment. See also our Disclaimer.

Use of the Site

You may view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to: scrape, crawl or copy the Site in bulk or in a way that burdens it; interfere with its operation or security; remove notices; or use it for unlawful purposes. Underlying NOAA data is public domain; the Site's design, text, layout and compilation are owned by TideCharts USA.

Advertising, affiliate links and third-party sites

The Site is supported by advertising and affiliate links. We may earn a commission when you click links or make purchases (see our Affiliate Disclosure). Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content, products, services or bookings. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.

Limitation of liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED US $50.

Changes and governing law

We may change the Site or these Terms at any time; the effective date above shows the latest version.
